Shipping & Returns


Domestic Shipments

  • Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground, FedEx SmartPost, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail. We only offer Express or Overnight shipments by request.  Email us if you are looking to have your order expedited.  If you have a shipping preference, please contact us prior to placing your order.
  • Flat Rate Shipping within US: Orders from $1-$33 ship for $4.95 / Orders $34-$75 ship for $8.95 / Orders from $76-$99 $13.95 / Orders over $100 ship for FREE!! 
  • Free Shipping does not apply to Custom Furniture Items, Shipping rates are calculated after purchase and based on buyers shipping address.  We always get quoted rates for truck freight.
  • Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days (Excluding Custom Order or Handmade Items). We ship Tuesday - Friday excluding holidays.  Please keep in mind that we are a small operation. We do work as quickly as possible to ship all orders in a timely manner!
  • Crosley, Black Market Art Company, Annex Clothing, Lowbrow Art Company, Tip Tip, & TUK brand items may take an additional 48-72 hours to ship, as some are made/shipped to order.
  • You will receive an email when your order ships with your tracking/shipment information.
  • If you created an account at time of purchase, you can login to your account, click on your order number, and click on your tracking number to easily track your package.
  • Orders Over $300 ship with Signature Confirmation Required for Safety
  • Any Shipments that are Returned to Sender (Us), will be refunded less the cost of shipping.  If you wish to have the items re-sent, you must re-purchase them.  If you suspect there is an error with your address on your order, please contact us immediately so we can try to adjust the address with the courier.

International Shipments

  • We ship Internationally!
  • International orders ship via the United States Postal Service’s (USPS) First-Class Mail International or UPS Worldwide.
  • Average delivery time is 2-4 weeks, but can be quicker or slower depending on the destination and/or local customs and postal service.
  • International packages can be tracked at or
  • DeadRockers does not charge customs fees and is not responsible for reimbursement of any import duties and taxes which may be levied once the package reaches the destination country. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the the shipping courier.  For UPS, Claims may be Filed at

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you do not love your items, return them to us within 10 days of your ship date, and we will gladly issue you a store credit.  Please note, your return must meet our requirements below to be eligible.  Please contact us via email before returning your item, so we can make sure to handle your return correctly.  Please reference your original order number in that email and send to:

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements. We do not offer refunds, store credit only.  If you have a problem with your order, or it is missing any items, please contact us immediately.

Guidelines for Return/Exchanges:
1. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition with original tags.  No stains, marks, smoke/smells, or any damage to the article.
2. Once you have emailed us that you will be returning your item, and we have communicated with you, ship the item you wish to return to us at: DeadRockers 1023 E. 4th St., Long Beach, CA 90802.  It is recommended that you get tracking info on your shipment. 

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for sending the items back to us and we cannot reimburse you for these costs (unless we made a mistake on the original order or the items arrived damaged/defective).

3. After we have received your package, we will issue a store credit for you and email you with details on how to use your credit.  Credits are issued for the items returned + applicable taxes paid only (no freight charges are credited) Credits may be used in-store or online

FINAL SALE/ Un-exchangeable items: Pins, Patches (All), Undergarments, Clearance & Sale Items, Body Jewelry, Socks, Tights & Hosiery, Hair Accessories, Handmade Items, Built-to-Order Items (Including Furniture), Hair Dye, Hats, Music (All), DVDs, Stickers, Sunglasses, Skate Decks, Wall Art, & Posters.

Guidelines for Returns/Exchanged on CROSLEY Products Only:

1. If you have an issue with any Crosley product, you have 30 days to return or exchange the item.  Products must be fully intact in original packaging to be eligible for exchange/return.  All Crosley items are covered under a one year manufacturers warranty.  Crosley will repair or replace a defective unit for a period of one year after purchase.  Customers will need to pay shipping to Crosley & enclose a check for $19.95 for the replacement or repaired unit return.  Full-size jukeboxes are not part of the warranty program, please contact us for warranty details on those.

2. An RMA number must be obtained, please contact us to get that information before sending anything back to us.  RMA number are issued within 2 business days of being contacted.  To obtain an RMA number, please provide the following information: Order#, Email Address (to send return label), quantity, product number/item description, and the reason for return.
